Always works with me. They try to keep the customers satisfied. Had to do an update. I've been going through a really rough patch. I did buy an older car which is expected to have some issues. The staff not only worked with me on my late car payments but they also do everything they can to fix my car. Reading these reviews I can see the issues but from my experience they have always tried to help. Yes always do ur research. My car is known for issues and it's older but like I said they always try to help and even offered worse case scenarios. And yes the man can seem to have an attitude but he is sweet so I think its just his tone. You do right by then they do right by you. Communication!! Well I absolutely love Colonial Sales I bought my first car and it was absolutely a great car but I got into a car accident and I pay cash for it and now I purchase a car that I am financing from them in my car has been running perfectly fine for three years and I love everything about it if they were with you on a payment plan they are very understanding with Joe situation if you’re not able to pay or if you need to make a payment arrangement they are very understanding so I’ll tell anybody that’s looking for a great car to go here
