2015 GMC Savana

I can not say enough nice things. The service team is awesome, very responsive and takes the time to help. The sales guys are great and they are very fair to deal with. Have purchased twice from them and will continue to use them in the future for my vehicle needs.

I took my F600 hooklifts in to AFT late in the afternoon expecting to,"Maybe" just find out why my Palfinger wasn't working. Brandon C., service manager, was on the phone when I arrived so I hung out with the parts guys a minute. After getting off the phone I explained what was happening, or rather, not happening with the Palfinger and we walked out to the lot to check it out. Ed McKinney, came out and wanted to show me around, since my truck was not an AFT, he wanted to make sure I knew that they pretty much do it all at this place. While Ed was showing me the equipment, Brandon took off with my truck. Ran a full diagnostic on the Palfinger system, realized what was broken and they would have to order parts. Most people would think the story ends there. Brandon manufactured me a temporary solution on site, while I waited. Parts are ordered, AND I'm not out of business while I wait. Brandon is a problem solver, and mechanical genius, and an all around decent guy. When our stuff is broken and we have a need we are semi selfish in how we act and treat people. Work isn't getting done with broken equipment and stress levels can peak at the thought of what ISN'T GETTING DONE. Imagine all of the personalities Brandon C. Has to deal with every day, and LITERALLY all of them are rush jobs and really important. This experience made me feel like someone actually gets it. Maybe Brandon C has a rough day before I got there, and I would never know, he just did what he did like a pro. My Frankenstein Palfinger controller will get me there until the parts arrive, because of one of the best service situations I've ever experienced. Thank you Brandon C!!! It's a great place to work. We are all a big family. It doesn't matter if you are a Lot Attendant or you are the General Manager, the owner treats everyone with respect. I have never had that happen at another job. We all work together everyday to make sure we give our customers the best all around experience.
