UPDATE: Turns out the car we purchased was a lemon. But since I can't tell if the issue was Mack's Auto or the shop that worked on it, I won't change my initial rating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very wonderful customer service. He made a mistake, but owned up to it, and made it right. The person we spoke to was very considerate and respectable, and we got the car in the same shape he said it was in.
