I cannot begin to tell you the phenomenal level of customer service we received through the Jeff Schmitt Collision Center. My daughter’s car experienced a deer strike. The car, a Saturn Vue, isn’t made anymore, parts aren’t readily available. Eric Soehner went above and beyond our expectations, he had parts sourced before we even left the shop. The ease in which your office made it for the rental car process while we waited for repairs, and the extra effort to make our car whole again was just outstanding. Honestly the car looks and runs better than before we brought it in. We are thrilled. Thank you so much for such attention to detail and making what could have been a big inconvenience an actual fantastic experience.
