2009 GMC Envoy SLE 4WD

I don't get why all the negative reviews. They have great inventory at pretty competitive prices.. all the staff I dealt with were NOTHING BUT POLITE ,honest and helpful. I went down and put down money on a mini cooper and am coming back with final payment and will bring it home them. BE REALISTIC !!! This is a used car dealership that sells auction and trade in vehicles. They have NO WAY of knowing the history and maintenance of the vehicle they get. It's on YOU as a buy to look over the vehicle , test drive it and due your part to see if it is worth it.. OF COURSE a used car ,under 10k IS GOING TO NEED some if not alot of maintenance. They're used , higher mileage cars that were sold and traded in fir a reason. I spent 2900 and imo I got an amazing deal for the spefic model mini I got. I'm also realistic and expect it being 2900 with 170k miles it's probably going to need the clutch replaced , timing chain service and no doubt a complete tune up and detailing. But I bought it , factoring all that in. And even after I do those repairs and spend the money I will still be happy with my original purchase price... You people now a days are too entitled and expect everything to just be giving to you.. do a little work , go the extra mile.. look under the car , pop the hood , check fluids and test drive it.. just use common sense and you'll see this is actually a very VERY good dealership if your on the market for a car under 10k.

Just picked up a Ford Flex from them today, and I am definitely satisfied for what I got for the price and milage. Honestly, if you're out here buying a used car, that's exactly what you get is a used car, so yeah they may have some things that need to be fixed, but they were transparent with us when asked questions and so polite and very patient with us during the hiccups in our process. Always plan to have to have repairs done when purchasing a used car, but it was way safer and more reliable than buying a hocker off of Facebook or something. I was sure to check tires, interiors, entertainment systems, heat/ac and even windows to make sure things were golden. It was very clean under the hood too and interior looked and smelt great!
