Great experience. Maddie was very helpful, answered all questions, and most importantly was not pushy. Worked for you, and tried to make the experience what you wanted. Highly recommend, and highly recommend Maddie. Not quick to throw numbers at you, and made sure you were happy with what you chose. By far one of the most easiest and painless vehicle purchase made.
This experience was a good one compared to previous experiences. Chris the Customer Service advisor/manager was very professional service quality was great. However, on other occasions, there is a person who is a service advisor by the name of Brandy. Her customer service is horrible. She treated me as if I were a second class citizen. She was very rude and on several occasions when I called in or came by, she was rude. Never even spoke to me when I walked in the door, but she spoke to other customers that were of another ethnicity, which made me feel some type of way. I have considered purchasing a new Lincoln, but I’m sure if I even want to do it at the dealership because Brandy was so rude. But I give Chris And A+ for his excellent service on this visit.
Highly recommend seeing Richard Lewis. He took care of me with no pressure selling. My wife is still in Florida and they sent someone there to have her sign her paperwork. They went above and beyond our expectations. She loves her preowned vehicle that we purchased. If you are looking for a vehicle I encourage you to give them a shot!
