I wasn’t sure what to expect because I had a few sketchy sales people at other dealerships but I had the pleasure of working with Jose and he was so helpful, kind, and relaxed! There was no pressure to buy at all. I found the perfect car for me, I loved it. He worked with my budget to get me the newest car possible. Had a very strong experience with Lupient Chevy, our salesperson Michael Djerf and their service mgr. Todd. We purchased a new 1-ton truck and the following things really stood out: 1) Michael let us take the truck home (12 miles away) to make sure it would fit in our garage. 2) I wanted to custom order a truck with the specific options I wanted AND I wanted the same discount they had on the truck they let us test drive. that is not in their best interest, as it was a 4 month wait and they weren't able to sell me the one they had on their lot. They said yes - no grief given. 3) Michael was a PLEASURE TO WORK WITH on this purchase, and I'll be the first to say that I'm very detail oriented (read: particular). He's a really awesome person and I'd work with him again in a heatbeat. 4) I was so impressed with the overall buying experience that I chose to purchase an extended warranty, which I know is a large mark-up item for any dealership, but I trust that if I need it, this dealership will honestly stand behind it. 5) We have had the truck in for service twice, and Todd in service treated my wife with the utmost courtesy and respect. That means a lot to me. 6) We really love the truck. It's an amazing machine. If you are looking for a Chevy, I'd recommend giving Lupient a try. I'm hard to please and they really impressed me.
