2005 GMC Envoy SLE

Great experience! No pushy salesman or finance manager. I will recommend to others. Armando was my salesperson ands listened to what my expectations were and went above and beyond in my opinion. I have never had such a great experience buying a vehicle. I like to research and take my time on big purchases. Unfortunately circumstances out of my control didn’t allow that. Sherman Chevrolet allowed me to take the car home while I decided and did not harass me. Other dealerships had multiple staff calling, emailing and texting all day, until I requested them to stop but they continued to email. Armando did not do that and I appreciate that he understood the situation. Because of this and the customer service I received I decided I was going to buy the car from him. He was able to get the car within my budget and everything I asked for. Matt the finance guy offered different extended warranties but was not pushy and accepted my decisions. This will be where I go for my next vehicle when the time comes.

Over the top experience at Sherman buying a used car. Johann was so helpful: he made sure the car was cool before we got in to test drive in the Texas heat, helped us look under the hood, and didn’t make us go back and forth to haggle price. Wayne was also so kind and helpful on closing the deal. The whole experience was a dream! Thank you!
