2020 GMC Acadia AT4 AWD

Our salesman was the best I’ve seen by far. We had been looking for a new vehicle since my wife totaled my truck back in December of last year. We have had salesmen who were pushy trying to tell me what I wanted and not listening to what is was asking for. Using high pressure sales tactics and misrepresenting the truth when it came to the true condition of the vehicle. I experienced none of those shenanigans with Mr. Bryant. He made me feel at home and allowed me to ask questions and he was able to give me an answer. He allowed me to choose from the choices without pushing me one way or another. You really have a great person working for you. Give him a raise.

My family & I have been long time customers at Tappahannock Chevy. I recently started having issues with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it was one thing after another! Thanks to Debbie, Jeff, & Matt I drove away in my new 2021 Ford Explorer. They're awesome!!

I recently just bought a corvette here and the buying process was so smooth, fast, and easy. Everything was as clear as water and did not have any tricks to play, just wish they could have been more flexible on negotiating. Definitely recommend though!
