2020 GMC Acadia SLT FWD

If you need a car fast I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car dealership! Matthew Maxam-Bacon is the reason for my 5 stars. He’s very patient and kind. I arrived early before it opened and Matthew decided since he was early too he will assist me instead of waiting until 9am. I scheduled to test drive 2019 Nissan Pathfinder and it was an experience. I explained to him I didn’t have a car since August because of an accident. He made sure I was comfortable and immediately I knew the car was mines! The drive was smooth and it was spacious with 3 rows which was what I needed. I had to have it! I was very impressed. The process went smooth until I needed to find insurance. He was determined to find me the best deal possible! One of the insurance I called they started having issues with their connection and when I tried calling back I couldn’t reach anyone. Matthew immediately noticed the delay it was causing and solved my problem by having an insurance specialist help me there. During the insurance process he checked on me and made sure everything was going smoothly and made sure the car was washed and ready for me. North Miami Mitsubishi dealership is one of the best dealerships I haven been to in the Miami area! When I arrived, I was looking at the various cars outside, and was quickly greeted by Eugenio. Eugenio was an excellent sales rep, he was extremely patient and polite. He helped me look at the cars I liked and allowed me to test drive the ones I was interested in. In the end I got a great deal on a great car. He made the buying process super easy and quick. I really enjoyed the customer service he provided me! The next day after purchasing the car, I got a flat tire. I went back to the dealership the following day to get it swapped. Jose was an amazing service rep, and he happily helped me get it taken care of. I was super happy with the excellent customer service these guys showed me.
