I recently took my 2018 Nissan Sentra to their service department for a transmission fluid flush and exchange. My service consultant, April, was wonderful. She listened to my service needs and showed me around the waiting area. She also ensured my coupon offer was applied and clearly explained the services performed on my vehicle. The technician sent a video showing the multi-point inspection on my vehicle along with recommended services. I didn't accept the recommended services, but I appreciated that they took time explaining each service so I could decide whether I could perform the services myself. Overall, the customer service was great from start to finish. Thank you!
Each experience I have with the Service Department is always a pleasure. I am greeted with a smile each time I arrive, my vehicle is serviced quickly and I am back out the door.
