I just want would like to thank Duwaun & Moe for being so AWESOME!!! THANK YOU ???? I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to Serpentini & it was for sure worth the trip! I was actually looking at another Jeep an older one & a standard which I kinda had my heart set on, when they came to me & said this one was a little bit more & an automatic, I wasn’t really sold right away. When Duwaun started to tell me all that it had & how much of a better deal I was getting, I decided to go ahead & test it out. Well SO VERY GLAD HE TALKED ME INTO IT!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY, new to me ????, Jeep Wrangler Sahara!!! ????????????????????I’m beyond thrilled with it! They worked with me on everything & were just so kind & understanding. I would recommend anyone & everyone to go here to get a vehicle. They are truly amazing!!! ???? So THANK YOU again Duwaun & Moe & Allen the financial wizard that actually made it all happen with the bank!!! Y’all are just FANTASTIC!!! I had never tried Serpentini Chevrolet before. I see them advertising on television Channel 3. The other day I got my E- check notice in the mail and I saw Serpentini Chevrolet on the list of testing centers for E-check. I couldn't think of a better place to take my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze for an E-check with the Chevy dealer. Austin asked me to bring my Cruze into the garage. He invited me to enjoy their customer lounge indicating it would be about 15 minutes for the test to be completed. I got to enjoy a cup from their free coffee ?machine. The have FREE coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino or bottled water to enjoy while you wait. I just started sipping my coffee when Austin invited me to speak with Tom, the E-check service advisor and tester.. He double checked with me before I tested because I had a check engine light on which they know will Automatically Fail the E-check! I said how do I know what's wrong until I get the test? He agreed to perform the check. It turned out I had an unknown exhaust system problem. I Asked what it would cost to remedy. Tom said a diagnostic consultation at Serpentini Chevy would cost $150 ???? Just for the diagnosis... Then the cost to repair the problem is on top of that! He did explain the diagnostic service is a little more specific about isolating and correcting the problems! I told him being Disabled Retired I didn't have that kind of money. ???? I went back to the customer lounge and Austin Appeared before I could even enjoy my second cup of coffee with my E-check fail report with the code information I needed on what was wrong. He parked my car conveniently near one of the doors so I could make a quick exit. I chose to return to the garage and consult with Tom the tester and service advisor with questions about my report that he had no problems answering. My first experience with Serpentini Chevrolet was a ???? good one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them to service my Chevrolet!????
