2017 GMC Acadia SLE-2 AWD

Extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the no pressure way they do business. They took time to listen to what I wanted and gave solid advice, but ultimately had me feeling in control the entire time. Best purchasing experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I'll definitely check these guys out again next time I purchase a vehicle. *Update four years later* Still driving my car, still loving my car. I just bought a great 2017 clean title, low mileage Hyundai Sonata Sport for a steal of a price from this place. This is my first car I’ve ever bought and they made the process very easy and pain free. So far I’m very very happy with my car and with Platinum! Definitely recommend this place.

I've been waiting a while to write this review, but my wife and I purchased our truck there about 6 months ago. After months of searching on the web, calling dealerships and countless hours of research we knew exactly what we wanted. So when we saw the exact truck with all the features we were looking for, we couldn't believe it because all other similar trucks at other dealers were listed at least 5k more than what they were offering it for. What really stood out to me when we went there is that they had no problem staying after hours to let us test drive (We live about an hour away). Victor even let me drive the truck to another dealership where a friend of mine does all the CPO for that exact vehicle. What's more is that dealership was about 45 min from where Platinum Auto Sales is and he was not pushy about when I would return by calling me. He was even willing to let us keep it the night so that we could drive it back the next morning. We declined, but it was still appreciated. Now to the Truck, the few minor issues we did find, he fixed no problem and even put any concerns I had at ease by letting me add a clause to the contract if a certain part of the vehicle failed that was promised to be fixed (I've had this happen to me by other dealerships). 6 months later and the truck is working great! I can honestly say that I'm 100% satisfied. All in all, my wife and I appreciated the way Victor handled business, in his professionalism, his upfront approach and his honesty. The next vehicle we purchase we will be coming here first and any friends and family of ours that are in the market we will definitely recommend. If you are reading this because you are weary of dealerships (like I am),I say to you- stop reading and go to Platinum Auto Sales. You will not regret it. Victor will take care of you and the vehicle you choose you will be happy with.
