I purchased my Chevy Equinox about 5 years ago, used. Everything was perfect! I did end up having something go wrong with a break, and Richard had it taken care of immediately! He is very upfront and does everything he can to make sure the used car is in its best shape for a used car. 5 years later, the only thing I have had to do is the mileage suggestions to keep a long lasting vehicle. I will certainly return when I need another vehicle. His prices are nice. If I had to give a negative? He doesn't always have a lot to choose from and I have learned, you see it today, it's gone tomorrow.

Overall had a pretty good experience here. Bought a 2006 Kia Optima (absolutely love this car) it had only been on the lot one day so there were a couple things that hadn't been sent out to be fixed yet. The back drivers side door didn't open and the CD player was broken. He ordered new parts for both and because I couldn't set aside a day or two to leave my car there they allowed me to take the parts and have a family member put them in ( which worked better for me) one thing I didn't like was my brakes squealed from the day I got it and he claimed it was because they were new... But they're still doing it months later.. But no a big deal. My tire on the passenger side also has a hole in it that it had when I got it but didn't notice right away unfortunately... Oh well! Over all , I'm happy :)
