2019 GMC Acadia SLE-2 AWD

The experience from start to finish was great. I called in advance to request to see a used vehicle on the lot. They were able to answer my questions, provide history on the vehicle and had it ready for me to test drive the following morning. Corey had the car cleaned and ready to go. We test drove it, inspected it, and had a quick purchase negotiation. Working with finance was very efficient and quick. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and professional. The extra touch of Corey calling the next day to ask about the drive home was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Corey.

I was greeted with a smile and directed to the intake area by Moses. I immediately felt welcomed and "safe". The gentleman behind the desk took my phone number and was able to get my info pulled up so I didn't have to explain why I was there. He asked me to sign a paper and told me he would do his best to get me on my way in an about an hour. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My repair was completed and I was on my way home in just a little over an hour. Best dealer service experience ever. Much appreciated.

Pleasant service rep, oil change and tire rotation done promptly. Courtesy car wash is always a plus, and they even vacumned my front floorboards, thank you so much???? I gave it 4 stars as my tires’ inflation amounts were not adjusted when tires rotated, but that’s a common problem over the years so I always check my readings before I leave. That was corrected quickly.
