We spent about 20 minutes on the phone and within 3 hours texting back and forth, he found EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted and I was in the purchasing process with EXACTLY the payment specs I was looking for. Within a week it was delivered right to my door, unreal! I truly could not believe that he could get it done but he did. This is hands down the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Tom was extremely responsive and friendly. He knew how important this vehicle was to me and I felt like he truly had my best interest at all times. Never once did I feel the usual sting or sinking feeling you get when working with car dealers. I will forever purchase vehicles with this company and will recommend them to everyone. Did I mention I live 3 hours away from the dealership and never once stepped foot in the office? I'm still in shock as to how Tom was able to get this done but I get in my car every morning and thank God for good people in this world like him. They're doing amazing things there at ADL!

I reached out to ADL due to a tricky financial situation. My salesman was Reuben, and I worked closely with the finance manager, Tom. First, this was the easiest buying process I’ve ever had at a dealer. Tom worked his butt off to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. He was extremely communicative and kind. I literally did all my shopping from home. He worked with me on my down payment and made sure to get me the best finance option. All the negotiations were done over text, which made things super easy. We ran into some cosmetic issues we didn’t notice on the truck I ended up purchasing. Tom was so understanding and offered to take the truck back. They ended up fixing ALL the cosmetic damage and provided me an Uber to pick the vehicle up! They also worked new tires into my deal. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was kind and helpful. My salesman Reuben gave great advice and was awesome to talk to. They truly have great customer service. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the detail that was done on the truck, there were a lot of things missed. Everything was far and quick! Definitely will go back to buy our next vehicle.

I inquired about a Audi A8 Quattro sport I seen posted online. Scott reached out right away faster than I was expecting and got the ball rolling. I'm purchasing from another state so there was a bit of complication due to that but Tom worked very hard on getting things in order from beginning to end getting my car shipped and to my driveway.
