2017 GMC Acadia Denali AWD

This place is the only place that actually does what they say and not just try to "sell" you something. They are more like a family and are willing to try to get you the best possible deal! We traded in our Lincoln for a great price when other places were going about $4,000 under the trade in vaule. Their package comes with so much that they offer for free and the extended warranty isn't much at all for cost. We bought a Honda Odyssey and a Toyota Highlander from them and we are very pleased. Definitely will continue to recommend them!!!

I can honestly say that I have never been treated this way at a service center. Tara bent over backwards and forwards to get our vehicle fixed and back on the road with minimal pain to the checkbook. The guys at the sales center gave us a vehicle to drive while ours was down and to make sure we were taken care of. There’s a sales story called “Give them the pickle” and they delivered perfectly. They definitely give customer service over profit and have made me a repeat customer. I hope they keep this philosophy because, I’ll be back for my next vehicle. If you’re considering a used vehicle, I would highly recommend grand auto. If you’re considering a service center, I would highly recommend grand auto service center.
