Great customer service experience! Especially appreciate Richard, Richie, and Nick. They made me and my husband feel so welcome and valued. GR 86 is for my 70 years old husband as a birthday gift ????????????!

I’m very happy with my used car I purchased from Spartan Toyota from Gerry! He’s awesome and made the process go easy and stress free!!! Best car buying experience I’ve had :) Thank-you Gerry! I did buy it just a few months ago, but when buying a nine year old car, you can’t expect it to not have any issues down the road. I’m very pleased with the customer service, speed and professionalism I received when my car did break down! (I was lucky I was back in town visiting family when it broke down so I could come here!) The service department was able to fix my car and get it ready to hit the road literally the next day. I live out of town (hours away) so I wasn’t able to come right back to the shop to pay and get my car and they were patient and awesome through the whole service process. Thank-you Terry in Service Department and thank you Spartan Toyota! See you next time! (Unless I’m not in town! lol)

I do enjoy coming here; usually have really good service and employees are great. However, last visit made me think internal processes are highly questionable. How in the world did I pay over $1000 for services, drive away, and not one employee confirm the housings for both cabin air filter and engine air filter were not closed? When I entered my vehicle, I saw the glove box and filter cover on the floor - whatever no biggie, fix it when I get home. As I’m driving, I notice my engine is louder than usual. I stop to open my hood, and come to find out, the housing was completely open. Had to drive back to the dealership to get it assembled. I’m glad I decided to go home before driving out of state, cause having engine failure no where near home probably would’ve been an even bigger nuisance. Usually things go really well here. However, next time, I’ll have to do my own multipoint inspection on the work before having any confidence of driving off the lot.
