He walked us through every step of the process and never once made us feel rushed—even though he had other customers. Mike truly knows his cars. From mileage to features, he answered every question with confidence, which made us feel much more comfortable during what can be a very stressful purchase. Jose, the dealership manager, was also fantastic. He kept things light and fun—joking with us the whole time, even though he’s a Texans fan and I’m a Packers fan!
