I never knew I could be sold on a car before I’ve even seen it! I was originally set on getting a CT5 V but after calling quite a few locations that had limited availability I stumbled upon Rickenbaugh Cadillac. I spoke with Deonte and he informed me that they did not have the CT5 V but they had something better ! It was hard for me to believe since I was already dead set on what I wanted but I listened, heard him out, and was sold before I had even seen the car . The photos I received were just the icing on the cake . Deonte provided my husband and I with an application the same day to ensure buying day was fast and efficient. He was knowledgeable, personable, and extremely informative . He even referred me to some great places to get customized work done . About an hour or so later I was hitting 100mph down the high way in my new CT4 Black wing lol . As long as I’m in Denver, I’ll never speak with any other salesman other than Deonte !

Overall my experience at Rickenbaugh was great! Donnie was fantastic to work with. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach. He made me feel comfortable buying a car pretty much site unseen. No hidden dealer fees was also great. Would fly out to Denver again to do business here in the future.
