The dealership was very easy to work with. To start, I was able to find a car online, determine if it was available, and reserve it for purchase easily. After this, I was informed of an estimated delivery date which helped me plan to pick the vehicle up at a time that was convenient for me. I was able to provide information ahead to time to assist with the purchase and financing of the vehicle. This helped streamline the process when I went in to complete the purchase. Almost all the paperwork was prepared for me on the day I purchased the vehicle. Tim in finance helped secure me the best rate he could to finance the vehicle which was great. I was also able to take advantage of GMs First Responder discount which allowed me to save some money in recognition of my service in EMS. Sales provided me a basic overview of the features of my new vehicle and helped me get started. They offered to answer any questions I had and provided a call back number in case I had any more questions. All in all, it was a great, easy experience when purchasing my first new car. I purchased my first (used) car from Nereson as well and that was also a great experience.

The Service crew at Nereson Chevrolet did an Excellent job. it was easy to schedule and they were done before promised. I will return when I need more work done.
