2013 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT

LOOKING FOR A USED CAR GO HERE GREAT PRICES AND GREAT STAFF!!! Unlike most of the other places I went to this place has prices on the windows and the carfax so you will know what you need to know about the car without having to waste time having to ask someone about every car you see. I’m giving them 5 stars for now (will update again in 3 months). I purchased a car here 10/25/2023. I’m a big review person so I always check the reviews of a place before going because I want to know what kind of people of will be around or working with. And I can say I had a great overall experience. After searching for days and driving hours back and forth to try to find a car after mine got totaled I came across new era motors. I seen a whole lot of cars that I really liked and the prices seemed to good to be true. After narrowing it down between 2 cars (they have a 3 car test drive limit which is understandable considering each time you test drive a car you are adding miles and possibly wasting time if your not going to by something) a 2015 Hyundai SE and a 2015 Ford. I decided to drive the Hyundai first because it only had a little over 113,000 miles (ford had about 168,000). After driving it I instantly fell in love and didn’t even have to drive the ford. I decided to purchase the vehicle it was a quick process probably only took about 30mintues and I was on my way in my new to me car. I haven’t had any trouble out of it yet besides some minor things that were easy fixes such as hood needing shocks, oil needing to be changed, alignment, and 1 headlight. I’m just glad they wasn’t anything that would keep my car off the road I would take those small problems any day and for the price I paid I still had a little money left over to get all this fixed. I would also like to add I have already driven this car 200+ miles and no check engine light has came on (had a problem with that after test driving a used car bob king automotive) I 100% recommend new era motors if your shopping for a great used car on a budget and looking for somewhere with very nice staff. I will definitely be back to purchase a 2nd vehicle. Thank you to the sales person who came in to show us around after the other one had gotten sick and helping me find the perfect vehicle, thank you to the manager/supervisor for working with my budget , and thank you to the young lady who was still in training but did a great job handling our paper work and getting us out the door!

I waited a while before making a review on this dealership. I have bought two vehicles from them, around three months apart. Both cars were very nice and I have had NO issues with either one. One was a BMW 330i and a VW Routon. I believe both cars were worth every dime I paid. I felt no pressure to buy and they gave me the keys to Every vehicle I wanted to look at with no questions asked. I took them for test drives on my own. I did not get pressured for any extras and the financing was very easy through Lendmark Financial right down the road. The next time I need a vehicle I will look up what they have. Thanks for making something I hate ( dealing with salespeople) less painful.

Best Used Dealership in town! Everyone was super chill and helpful. Best first car experience I could’ve asked for! They are dudes that sell cars, not salesmen that are dudes, haha. Kellen Lake, Gretchen, and Justin were the best! ????????
