If you are looking for a new or used car - Carl Black is one of the only dealers left who truly cares about their customer experience. Ryan was our salesman, unbelievably professional and an excellent communicator before we even hit the dealer lot. Upon Arrival, the Owner Omar persoanlly said hello and shook our hands. Very kind of him and upstanding to see him on the lot and meeting customers, very nice guy! Ryan had the truck waiting for us next to the building as promised and really let us take it on a nice test drive. Further, he walked the lot and explained the other models, not once being pushy about the sale - rather just helping us learn. Really appreciated that from him. Once we decided on the truck, he committed to us a few accessories we were looking for, and then began the negotiations. What is normally a stressful situation, was eased quickly as they took about 15 minutes to get us back the first round of paper work, very cut and dry by explaining the current rebates and discounts. Following, we had a few questions which they were quick to answer as well and Omar the owner stopped by in between to talk UCF football (Go Knights!) making it fun. Came back, deal was rock solid and we signed paperwork. Couldn't have been any easier or better of a deal! ONE of the last true family-owned and operated car dealers in existence, and they truly make you feel like family.
