I had a wonderful experience with Riverside Chevrolet. Chandler, Jim, and the entire staff were beyond helpful and professional. Chandler kept in contact with me after our initial meeting until we found the perfect vehicle for me and my budget. Jim worked very hard to find me financing that would work for me. The whole process was so smooth and easy for me. I cannot tell them enough how much i appreciate them and the entire staff.

we bought a truck this week from Woody at Riverside for our son's 16th. We could not ask for better service, they are great people. From the GM, Wes, Woody, Charlotte In finance they all went above and beyond to make this a special even for him and were as excited as we were that he is getting a quality truck. I want to HIGHLIGHT GINA DUNKIN as an exceptional salesperson. Her attentiveness and assistance were pivotal in my decision to purchase a new vehicle, which I'm genuinely satisfied with. Although I carefully considered both positive and negative reviews and gathered feedback from various sources, I am glad that I was led by God to visit Riverside Chevrolet on Saturday, June 8, 2024. I would like to suggest one improvement and this is to double-check pressures in tires. Upon returning home after purchasing, I discovered that both front tires were at 49 and the back tires were at 47; and, I learned of this through the mobile app. I count it a BLESSING to have learned this before traveling. Overall, I would recommend others to visit and ask for GINA DUNKIN (a phenomenal salesperson).
