I brought my son’s 2005 GMC Envoy to Michael Lazell at Vyletel Service Center for an oil change and steering problems, and also brake issues. I cannot recommend this Service Advisor enough! He did an excellent job repairing my son's 2005 GMC Envoy. Not only did he clearly explain the necessary repairs, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain why the repairs were needed, ensuring I understood the entire process. His communication skills and technical expertise were outstanding, making a potentially confusing experience easy to understand and trust. It's rare to find a Service Center you can trust this much. best customer service ever, we wanted to check a lot of different trucks and sales team was helpful and efficient. they cared for their customer and price was not ripped off. service department for this location was always been wonderful since I use this dealership for all service and maintenance need. I definitely recommend this dealership for service need to new vehicle. but don't rush as they are often busy and perform high class work.
