My experiences with Anderson Kia in St. Joe, MO have been great!! The staff is great! They are honest, spell everything out so there are no surprises, and they keep you informed as to the progress of your service!! It's obvious they truly care about their customers!! I won't go anywhere else...even if it means driving 45 minutes each way!! I used to have my service work done at a site much closer to home until they tried telling me I needed $2000+ worth of service (which I thought was strange cuz my vehicle wasn't that old). When I couldn't get anyone there to tell me exactly what was needed so I could schedule to get it done, I drove to Anderson Kia to get a second opinion. I'd used them years before, they treated me well, and I felt they'd get to the bottom of things. They did. Once they'd finished inspecting my vehicle, the head of service talked to me personally. He looked me in the face, apologized for what I'd gone through, and told me I needed no additional services, that the things others had identified as needing replaced really only needed to be checked for wear!! I was very relieved to know the truth. I've used Anderson for my service ever since!!
