2012 GMC Yukon Denali - AWD

Everyone involved in the warranty repair, from my salesman who sold me the car a little over a year ago, the service agent, to the driver for the transport to and from the dealership...were all extremely helpful, polite. Calls were returned, emails were answered and I was kept updated on the process of the repairs being done to my car.

I just wanted to take a moment to express what good care Jose In the service center took of me and my vehicle when I had an unexpected small transmission overhaul that needed to take place on my F350. I live in San Diego county, but Jose makes it worth the drive all the way to El Centro to ensure Precise communication throughout the entire process! You can tell that Jose really cares about the personal relationship between his customers, and I think we must have had over 10 phone calls back-and-forth, mostly regarding me and my concerns, and he never expressed any attitude, and always made me feel better after talking to him!

First time I have purchased a vehicle through this dealership. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone was awesome and knowledgeable and very professional. I would especially like to commend Cedric, Luis and Alex for their assistance in getting my vehicle ready, doing the contract, and helping me to get on the road. The process was very efficient. Very receptive to my input. So refreshing to have such a positive experience at a car dealership.
