Highly recommend Phillips Auto the service was fast and Braden was helpful on getting my daughter low monthly payments which helped out a lot since she was starting college. We did have a few issues with the car after buying it mind you the car was AS IS but Todd and Braeden was super helpful on fixing all of the issues that arose on it. They even went out of their way to come and pick up the car to fix it and then when done drove it almost halfway to Lewiston to drop off the car to my daughter and made sure it had a full tank for her:) I will definitely be sending people to Phillips Auto who are in need of a car.
We just purchased a GMC 2500 and could not be happier. Jacob was our salesperson, git us in and out quickly but with excellent service, follow up and appreciation. Great honest dealer. I live in Massachusetts and contacted Braeden about a 94 f250 that was for sale. He FaceTimed me and went over the entire truck with me, i liked it and put down a deposit over the phone. Flew out to Idaho a few days later to get the vehicle and drive it home to find the brakes were not up to a 3000 mile drive. They immediately pulled the truck into their service shop while I waited and replaced them on the spot, apologized for not noticing it and an hour later i was on my drive back to MA. 30 year old truck drove beautifully on my return journey, 3000 miles in 52 hours with absolutely no issues. Just a Fantastic place to do business with! Thank you!
