On this particular purchase we worked with Cullen because the salesman we were working with initially was busy with another customer. Cullen was absolutely great to work with! We were buying the NX 350 for our daughter who will be getting her license soon, but in the meantime I will be driving. He understood our concern for putting our daughter in the safest situation possible. Not only did he go over all of the safety features so thoroughly since that was a top priority, but he also made her feel extra special as this will be her car soon! Cullen never made the experience feel like we needed to hurry up and just choose something, rather he was very patient in making sure it was the perfect fit for her and our situation.
