2011 GMC Yukon Denali - AWD

Professional, but courteous and friendly. Mr. Hawkins (the salesman) listened to my concerns and needs, and provided 4 options within my price range. I chose a vehicle that had not been serviced for resale or repair, so I had to wait 6 days to take possession of the vehicle. The wait was worth the wait. New parts were added and it was cleaned with a full tank of gas. The vehicle runs, drives, and rides nicely.

After having back to back car issues I finally decided to buy a new used vehicle. I was assisted by Shawn who made the process really unique. I tend to be a person that has a ton of questions and can rarely decide exactly what I should do next. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my options. He has even stayed in contact with me after the purchase to ensure that everything is going smoothly with my Forte GT2. I discovered after purchasing that there was a small chip in the window and he went as far as getting me a bran new replacement at no additional charge. Great service with great people!
