2024 GMC Yukon SLE 4X4

I had been to 6 other dealerships, one other in Delavan WI, and the rest in IL, and I was not having the best time. Between pushy salesmen, crappy options, and wasted time, my patience was growing thin. This was my last stop for the day, and Marvin immediately made me feel welcomed. He was not pushy or anything. Very friendly and just pleasant overall. I felt relaxed being there and not as nervous. Instead of waiting to be presented with my options (all other places did this), he actually brought up the inventory in my budget and showed me what was available. I test drove a couple, but my instincts were strong on the first one. He was able to get me into a car with much lower miles at a good price. The options here were WAY better than just about every other place I went. Safe to say I’m well pleased with this place. Marvin is fantastic and the finance lady that did my paperwork (I forgot her name) were both very easy going and relaxed. I’ll be coming back in the future for more car purchases.

First class service! The service manager Shane, was great! We dropped the car off a day before our scheduled appointment and expected to wait, but they were able to look and diagnose it early. We were called later in the day and it was repaired. Both he and the staff were courteous and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a great, reputable service center.

My experience was amazing .. was my first time purchasing a vehicle with your company . And it won't be the last .. the staff u have is very professional and helpful and friendly .... I came in unannounced on a Tuesday after talking to Marvin on Monday and getting started on purchasing our new vehicle. And well unfortunately Tuesday was Marvin's day off. And he went above and beyond and came in ,on his day off. To get the deal done with me . Much appreciated.. and your whole staff . Don't recall all their names .. but everyone was friendly , and very helpful!!!
