STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I have given this dealership plenty of business with 2 different 2500 Cummins. My VERY last experience will be my last. And I advise everyone to look elsewhere. I purchased a brand new 2024 2500 Cummins, the one thing it missed was spray in bed liner. Before making my 1st payment on this 80k purchase, I made the decision to have Tubbs spray in Rhino liner. Haha I received my truck after liner was in, with my power folding mirrors manually pushed in and out of sync with each other. The cover for the 120v receptacle in the bed was off and the screw backers non-existence to properly fix. My tonneau cover was installed incorrectly, there is 6 clamps that hold railing down. Only 2 were correctly installed. And LAST and the most gut wrenching, is the photos included. My bed side clear coat was completely TRASHed by this company. The carelessness to do a job and hand it back in that condition BLOWS MY MIND!!!!. TUBBS claimed they could fix. My truck went back and they got maybe 80% fixed. But still leaving behind nice DEEP scratches. Tubbs response is they can paint the bed side... are you KIDDING ME I trusted you to paint the inside of my bed, and got in returned a damaged bed side. Why would I trust this company to touch my truck? Couldn't rhino liner a bed I doubt you can successfully paint a bedside to match. Oh and all communication completely stopped with no return call back after several attempts from the manager. STAY AWAY!!! Update, I changed my review. Though it was a long stressful process. After my review here on Google. The owner of Tubbs, within a few hours, responded to contact him. I did so and met with him, and he made it RIGHT!!! I can't express the amount of professionalism from the owner and doing whatever he could to make it right. I was impressed.
I purchased a truck from Tubbs Brothers from out of state and had a 10/10 experience. Vehicle was quickly diagnosed by a certified ford technician. was given a good price for repairs and I got my vehicle back two days later. Contact with staff was convenient and easy via text message. They made it as easy as possible for me. Considering nobody likes to have to fix their vehicle, but I trusted that I would get fixed right the first time and it did. Highly recommended!!
