2012 GMC Yukon Denali AWD

scheduling my service went great I was able to have an early morning appointment .I was promptly greeted and was pleased. The business name changed, but a high level of professional staff is still apparent. An estimate of an hour for service visit - I was on my way home less than an hour later. I usually find that no matter the vehicle make , dealerships have the better trained and experienced service staff.5 Stars every time I've visited this location. Side note: I have known several staff over the years ( 20+)

Easy to schedule service and soon. Very accommodating. Great communication and my truck feels better while driving for some weird reason. 1 major problem I had was getting in my truck to leave. The mechanic or whoever got into my truck tracking grease onto my floor mat. Got it all over my brake pedal too. Had to clean it all off when I got home. I’ve never had a problem at this dealership before and I’m hoping this is a one off
