I travelled to York, PA all the way from Tampa, FL because from the very first contact (website, and then email and phone) Justin and Doug at York Mitsubishi demonstrated the hard-to-find virtues of being transparent in their negotiations and more than fair in their pricing (without abusing the situation) given the current market conditions. I'm fairly familiar with the car-buying process and can attest that there were absolutely zero gotchas, shenanigans nor unpleasant surprises whatsoever. They were also always straightforward and accommodating to the nuances of buying a car from out-of-state. This dealership is a gem among gems, not only compared to other Mitsubishi locations that I contacted, but across all car makes.
