2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer 4WD LS EXT

I’m a retired Police Officer in CA and an expert in vehicle inspections and certification. My fiancé went to her regular shop for a PA inspection 2 years ago. They said she needed 4 new tires and brakes on all four wheels. I took it to M &S and it passed the inspection! The next year, back to M&S and it passed again. This year I took it to M&S and we finally needed only 2 front tires and rear brakes. You can count on M&S to be honest and not upsell you when you go there.

I loved the service I got. I had my inspection done here. The owner reminded me a little bit of my dad so I felt very comfortable, and it felt like he took care of me in that way as well. No BS did only what needed done and had no problem checking out some of the questions I had about my car, because of what another place told me I would need done. Turns out I didn’t need the extra work done (Shocker). In my experience most places when I’ve gotten an inspection done they take advantage and charge me for all kinds of stuff that they know they can get away with. Not M and S auto. They were great. They are a little bit more on the higher side but I don’t mind because of the honesty. I’ve been screwed with and lied to from so many places around here that I’d rather pay a little more for the honesty and no BS. I’m so glad I finally have found a place to take my car to and not have to worry about getting lied to or taken advantage of. Being a woman this is so important and it means so much!

Absolutely love this auto shop! The front desk people are always very helpful and mechanic is trustworthy, taking time to explain things in a way that is easier. They always go above and beyond with their work, I will be servicing my 11 year old car with them until I can’t! Always very fast as well and in an emergency fits people in great. Tysm!!
