I initially went in to the service department to get an issue fixed with my 2013 VW Passat Tdi. The issue was with my DPF System, I ended up talking to a salesman to see if they could help me out of this car. After a few conversations at home and being shown a bunch of options I ended up buying a 2022 Jetta S that I really liked. Matthew Sessions was really good to work with and they even topped off the gas tank when I left. A very good buying experience, he was very transparent on pricing and what everything cost so there were no surprises when I signed the docs. Way better than Strong VW!!
