Okoboji Motor Company had a very easy to use Service application that allowed me to schedule my visit quickly and conveniently. I immediately received a text with a confirmation and a reminder for the service time. My truck was met by a friendly service rep upon arrival confirming my ID and services requested. Oil change was timely and other services discussed clearly and alternatives offered. During my wait, I was able to use their snack kiosk including popcorn and soft drinks. I've found my long term service provider!
