2016 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ AWD

I have had a very positive experience with with Michael Anthony's. I used their website to compare,contrast and decide what car I wanted.  Then I finally arrived at the dealership I was met on the phone by Lisa who is very polite and accommodating.  They let me test drive all the cars I was interested in and gave me a reasonable estimate on a down payment for the car that I chose. The day of the sale I was able to speak to Michael or who was very  knowledgeable and friendly. During the test drive of my car I heard a noise so  they had their mechanics look at it and now they are going to be servicing my vehicle and fixing the issue free of charge because it falls under the warranty. I appreciate them for having integrity and making sure I have the vehicle equipped with all the features I wanted. I bought a car from Micheal in 2008 when I was 21. I am 35 now and even today the process of buying my vehicle was still seamless. It is hard to find a car salesman who isn't trying to get over on you.  They are very reasonable people here, it is like a breath of fresh air.

Needed a car and found a jeep with some miles on it. Took it to a certified mechanic. Said it was a solid car needed suspension work and new brakes and tires. Used the 30 day warranty and now the cars running like a dream
