My girlfriend and I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape here. The process was smooth and easy. A little over a week after purchase, we had a transmission failure with the vehicle. Aaron, the service manager and salesperson for us, was very receptive to the problem. He right away told us they would take care of it and even had it towed all the way from Dallas where we were staying with my parents. Within a week the vehicle was ready to go again with a brand new transmission. We are grateful for the true professionalism at this business that saved us from what could have been a very hard time.
