My experience at Bel-Air was quite a good one. I've been looking for this particular vehicle for towing my 30 foot camper. I found it at Bel-Air in Connecticut which was a pain for me since I live on Long Island Greg was fantastic and took the difficulty out of the picture we arranged to take the Ferry over were he picked me up to handle all arrangements This is what I call above and beyond salesmanship. Just bought a Ford Escape Hybrid L from Bel Air Auto and had it transported from Connecticut to Michigan. I had absolutely the best experience I could have imagined, especially for a remote purchase! Greg is the man! He stayed in active contact with me through the process and paperwork, as well as after it was out of his hands for delivery (I used A and A Car Transport, highly recommended as well). Besides being just a nice guy, Greg was straight and honest about everything right and wrong with the car, and easily worked with me to navigate my remote buying situation. He gave me a great discount for my service work, and provides discounts for other folks like veterans and such as well, besides providing a lot of genuine attention. Buying a car is usually a real hassle, but Greg made this easy as can be. And upon arrival, the car is in fantastic condition, maybe even better than advertised! After all the business, I feel like I was buying a car from a friendly relative instead of a combative sales huckster like you get at a lot of dealerships. Eventually I'll be looking to trade up, and I'll be back to Bel Air when I do!

I would reccomend bel air auto to anyone, Greg is an honest guy who has been serving great vehicles to Milford and the surrounding areas for decades now.
