2024 GMC Hummer EV 3X

Dimmitt has been by far the best gm or Cadillac dealer I have taken my car to. It's not even anything to do with the car buying process, as I can't comment. Their service department does an amazing job through and through. Particularly Brian Fisher. I have dealt with him since I've been down here in Florida. Makes every appointment go smoothly and keeps a transparent line of communication throughout the entire process. I've ran into an issue during one of my maintenance appts that I wasn't aware of and he and his tech, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided pics on the spot so I could visualize, and offered a streamlined approach at attacking the issue at hand. I trust nobody but these guys with my ride.
