I went to buyers to look at trucks. Trey Jenkins showed me one truck in particular that I was interested in. I instantly fell in love. The color is beautiful. Trey Jenkins sold me my used 2018 Chevy Trax and has gone above and beyond for me through everything. I would HIGHLY recommend for people to go through him when buying a used car. He was so nice as to check all of the fluids and look the car over with me after getting it back from the service department. Trey was also always so quick to return my calls or texts. It was a rough start, I had a check engine light come on shortly after leaving the lot and a malfunctioning door lock. I was told Byers had to order parts and would fix them free of charge. Had the car a few more days and it dies on a busy roadway. I had it tow to Byers. After almost 3 weeks and so many parts being replaced. I finally have my new used car and it seems to be running better than before. I am so grateful that Byers fixed everything free of charge to me. I am disappointed it took so long to fix the car, but not being charged for parts and labor, and the loaner car, definitely makes up for it. I will say Trey, Josh, and Jimmy did right by me and I truly am grateful. Thank you to all 3 of you. If/when I decided to trade up, I will definitely, 100% go through Trey again if he is still there. ????
