2017 GMC Sierra 4WD Double Cab Standard Box

It was a little stressful for me getting my deal finalized (my credit isn’t pitch perfect) and in the end it seemed like some employees weren’t communicating amongst each other as some promises to me were broken or some. Information wasn’t the same between people, and some of my paper work got lost a few times… so that wasn’t fun. Bit hold on… I’ve never really been one to have good luck and things go smoothly so I’m convinced it’s just me ha! I did tend to get a bit annoying and call a lot so I probably wasn’t the most fun customer to work with but due to my husbands deployment and needing to make sure I have a car while he’s away with three kids I really really wanted to stop stressing and have things figured out. In the end the dealership worked HARD and made sure I not only got what I needed but what I WANTED. They were very open and honest about everything even if all the employees weren’t on the same page and I do think this area could use a little improvement… I’d still buy from them again. No one was overly pushy like some others have suggested but I did go in knowing what I wanted and knowing exactly what I was looking for. Overall the staff was extremely friendly, all employees made sure someone was assisting me, and I never felt unwelcome even after my annoying persistent phone calls. I appreciate them so much! And I LOVE, for the first time in all my car purchases, my car!

I met with Rob to purchase a brand new Corolla Cross. Rob went above and beyond to work with management and finance to get me into the car of my dreams! I couldn’t be happier with my new car! This is my 3rd Toyota from Aubrey Alexander and the staff there is so great!
