That kind of honesty and flexibility set the tone for the whole experience. We made the 3-hour drive from Montana to pick up the truck, and it was absolutely worth it. She noticed some minor bed liner overspray on the new truck and immediately helped us get it taken care of—she made sure we left happy and confident in our purchase. Finally, we met with Al (or Ben) in finance, who made that part of the process fast, easy, and straightforward—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear numbers and great service.
