Had to take my truck in when the engine went out of my used newly bought Chevrolet Silverado. Brandi was absolutely amazing.We had an extended warranty and she made sure we got everything fixed in a timely manner. She would even call to give updates. Then when we started have transmission issues and Jimmy Britt refused to help us, she took us right in and worked to make everything right for us with the truck.
