2024 GMC Sierra 4WD Double Cab Standard Box Pro

I've never bought a car here, but I have a Honda and get it serviced here......that being said, Danny and Dylan in the service department have been awesome!!! I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, but they make me feel comfortable when I bring my car in. Today my car wouldn't start, it was late in the day and they squeezed me in and diagnosed my car within 45 mins of closing. I've always gotten honest and accurate feedback from them and awesome deals on oil changes, (ASK THEM ABOUT OIL CHANGE PACKAGES!!!!!!) thanks to the advice from my buddy John Michael!!! Not to mention everyone is cool with my dog when I bring him in as well!!! This is a great service department!!! If and when I buy a car from them, I'll update and hopefully give them a 5 star review!!! Everyone in the service department seems to care and are total professionals......I feel like they care and explain what needs to be done asap, and what could be put off for a bit if needed!! Can't say enough about how good this service department is!!! Keep it up guys!!! When my Fit gives out, I'll need another HONDA!!

Just a quick note to acknowledge the great customer service I experienced today at Groove Honda in Colorado Springs. I called to see if the store had a windshield wiper insert. David took my call. He was super friendly and personable! He acknowledged that he had the part and said they could put it on for me. Within the hour I drove to the store. David immediately had the part available for me. I told him I could put it on myself, but he politely encouraged me to let Team Honda do the work. Instructed to pull into the bay, I did so. I was immediately met by Cody who was friendly and helpful. He had the insert on my car in seconds! Wow! It's rare to receive such great service! Keep training your staff to provide this level of service and please acknowledge these two gentleman on their efforts!

Angelo and his team (Mario and John) did a great job on getting us into our new car. They didn’t push the sale hard or make us feel like we had to do it. Didn’t even ask about a credit check until we were ready to try for the car that has everything we could’ve ever wanted and more. Definitely will be back to them for all my car needs and future purchases. They all seemed to work very well together as well which made it feel like a true bond between us and them. Thank you guys for everything!
