2009 GMC Sierra 2WD Extended Cab SLE SWB

My wife and I had the best experience we’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle at Brazelton. Typically, going to buy a car from a dealership is one of the least enjoyable things in life; right up there with a root canal. However, after reading reviews of Brazelton Auto, we thought that this might be something different. And we didn’t realize until we got there how right we were. They removed from the process all of the painful aspects you normally experience with the typical dealership. They didn’t drag the process out to take 4 hours, they didn’t change the price from the online advertisement once we arrived, they didn’t jerk us around by trying to include expensive ads-ons or fees, and they didn’t treat us like a transaction. Debbie helped us and from the time she returned my call till the time we drove home in our new car, she was incredibly sweet and made us feel like part of the Brazelton family. After a quick test drive and discussion of pricing, she sent us out to grab dinner while she prepared the paperwork so we could enjoy an evening not spent going back and forth with a salesman, manager and finance manager. When we got back from dinner, she had everything prepared and ready for signatures and she even stayed after hours to get it done. We were in the sales office for less than an hour, the majority of which was by choice because she was such a joy to talk to. We told her, and we mean it, that we will not be buying vehicles anywhere else. Thank you, Brazelton for doing what you do!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful team at Brazelton Auto when l took my car in for six months required maintenance. From the day l picked up my vehicle until now l am in awe of the personal attention they give to their customers. Their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge is commendable.
