This is how all automotive service should be done. It starts with friendly knowledgeable staff (Heather) who actually listens to you. Technical staff who really know what they are doing. Ends with a reasonable invoice for a job very well done. Won't take my car anywhere else.

I bought a 2018 chevy silverado - z71,4 door and drove home and began trying to figure out the touch screen navigation and had some questions. So I drove backto the dealership and met with Jim who sold me the truck. And that's when it sank in. I didn't just buy a truck.. I became part of the Gates family. Jim in sales and Dan in finance walked me through the process and made everything very easy.everyone was friendly and welcoming but it didn't really sink in until I went back with questions. Jim greated me with a smile and handshake and asked how I liked my truck and when I told him I couldn't figure out the navigation he proceeded to round up the guys who could answer my questions.i don't recall everyone's names who came out to help but everyone I met was pleasant and easy to talk with. I won't go anywhere else for my automotive needs.and with the lifetime powertrane warrantee I won't have to.talk about peace of mind. Anyway, glad to be part of the Gates family and will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to the Gates experience.
