To say this is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership is an understatement! Nathan the Manager worked around my busy work schedule. Helped me pick the perfect car for my daughter. He knew I was really pressed for time and had to get back to work and prepared everything for me before I got there with the help of Trudy! (Paperwork was less than 15 minutes!!) Jerad at Victory got me into a beautiful vehicle as a first timer and it was such an easy experience. I was honestly so nervous initially because I have a less than fair credit score and I have never made this commitment before. But he urged me to go ahead and file the application and just see where it goes, so I did, crossed my fingers and waited. By the end of the day I was getting approved and felt like a miracle, it was just a matter of finding a team committed enough to try lenders until somebody said yes. And from there forward felt like a dream, I was sitting there filling out the paperwork waiting for something to go wrong, or for me to wake up! I love my car so much and it’s so much safer and roomier for my kids. Jarad got me taken care of. My truck had burned on my trip to CA and I scheduled a Monday morning appointment to look at another truck on my way back to MO.
