Started off at Kia in lake Charles and was told they couldn’t help me. They never once looked at my trade in (I had locked it and kept the keys with me), showed me the most expensive car they had and then when I told them my budget, they told me they had nothing for me. I literally pulled out of their parking lot and called classic Kia Beaumont. Matthew answered, took down all my info and within 15-20 minutes called me back to let me know he had 3 cars for me to look at all in my price range. I literally drove and got there with 15 minutes until they closed and drove off the lot that day with my new car!
